Eligibility for Returns

 

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Sale or promotional items may not be eligible unless damaged or incorrect.

 

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note, bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, please specify this when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping Costs

 

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
